Energy Audit:

A Level 1 Audit - A Certified Energy Expert will come to your home and perform a "Walk Through" examination pointing out areas that your home's energy efficiency can be improved and answering any questions you may have in reference to Radiant Barrier, Insulation, High Efficiency Air-Conditioning equipment, etc.

This audit has a $199 Value but is being offered this month for Only $99, plus it is applied as credit when we complete suggested work around your home! 

A Level 2 Audit - Includes everything in a Level 1 Audit, but we'll scan the 2 hottest rooms in your home with the Fluke Thermal, Infrared Camera for only $299.

A Level 3 Audit-  Includes:

- Extensive client interview to identify areas of concern.
- Complete building inspection to find cost-saving opportunities and locate gaps in the building thermal envelope.
- Infrared thermal scan throughout your entire home, allowing you to actually see where your home is losing energy and what locations are in need of increased insulation and weatherization. more
-Safety inspection of mechanical systems, including carbon monoxide testing of furnace and water heater and a“worst case” draft test of atmospheric draft combustion appliances.
-Blower door testing to quantify the volume of conditioned air changes per hour and locate hidden sources of energy loss. more
-Personalized report that clearly details current energy use, recommends energy saving modifications with cost-benefit analyses for large improvements, and includes instructions for maintenance and do-it-yourself projects specific to your building.

* The $499 Level 3 Energy Audit Package price is for residential homes up to 4,000 square feet within the Fort Worth/Dallas Metro Plex service area.  For larger homes, the charge will be 12 1/2¢ per square feet over 4,000. (e.g. a 5500 square foot house would cost $687.50.)
